This is basically the same as the original association game, but you are only allowed to use PLACE NAMES. Please feel free to explain the connection when it is not obvious.

Okay, I'll start: Corfu (island in Greece) => England.
Explanation: Corfu is the birthplace of Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
