(adjective) Full of guile; deceitfully or treacherously cunning.

Synonyms: crafty, cunning, dodgy, foxy, knavish, slick, sly, tricksy, tricky, wily

Usage: The fiend tempted first the man and then the woman with guileful lies to eat of the fruit which had been forbidden to them.

Curious that there are so many synonyms for this trait. Sadly, it's a trait that must occur a lot.
