Are we any better if we don’t see our faults, take no measures to correct them, and fail to become more of what we ought to be?Think

I've known many who were masters in playing games. It is the art of deceit and it feels one with evil. I've seen this happen with my own eyes.

Welcome to the forum One Feather. I don't know about "the art of deceit and filling one with evil" but I do believe many individulas who "master an art" are lacking balance in their lives. Look at the personal lives of the great chess masters and you will find numerous individuals who are socially alienated and very strange indeed.

But the quote says worse and I disagree with such a statement. Worse implies so muhc more than just social alienation and what else.

Bet that a lot of posters play the game of Scrabble. We are most likely good at it. Does this make us lesser or bad people? Nah!
