German:
- spielen auf jedem PS3® Konsole oder Windows® / Mac / Linux -Computer mit einem USB® Port

It depends on what you want whom to play. If it is a computer game:

Spiele es - play (it) = Singular Imperative form if you address one person;

Spielt es - play (it) = Plural Imperative form if you address two or more persons.

The problem is that there is no difference in English, but there is in German. 'Spielen' is just the infinitive form, which you can't use here.
