Massacre at Pakistan School

Pakistani Taliban terrorists brutally attacked a school in the Pakistani city of Peshawar yesterday, killing at least 132 children, 10 staff members, and three soldiers, and injuring more than 100. Pakistani officials said all nine attackers were killed after an eight-hour battle with security forces at the school, which is run by the military. The Pakistani Taliban immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, calling it retaliation for the Pakistani military's recent operations against militants in the region. Simply unthinkable, utterly impossible for your mind to grasp such a thing, contrary to human reason, devoid of compassion. What on earth do innocent children have to do with the adult world of ever-lasting strife, contention, never-ending disharmony and dissension? Whatever are innocent, blameless children supposed to be paying for?

The father of one of the children, Akhtar Hussain, a labourer who said he had worked for years in Dubai to provide for his family, told the Associated Press: “They finished in minutes what I had lived my whole life for, my son.”

As he buried 14-year-old Fahad, he said: “That innocent one is now gone in the grave, and I can’t wait to join him. I can’t live anymore.”

Make America fix it, so we can complain about America's interloping in others' apathy.

Make every post as if it was the first one in the thread.

Hmm... is that the real truth?!?1 ... or is it the American/British undercover work to make those people look bad, and then go there to intervene to call the Americans/the British "heroes" and "saviors" ---- is the account of Massacre at Pakistan School what the American/British military most unethical and vicious propaganda want people to hear and believe??? Next they may start scaring the American people that the school shootings in many American high schools are the responsibility of foreign terrorists... Let's open our minds to what really is, not just remain slaves to the shades we see on the cave wall. (Plato) Look into what American/British economic interests and other interests in that area are.

No country in this world has an unblemished past. I must say, though, that no western country in this 21st century, in looking back on former atrocities, does so with pride, as if such acts can be justified in any way.

There are no words to truly describe this type of horror and the sadness it has brought.

Think you're off the deep end on this one, MB. Check yourself. And yes, we know Plato. We also read. No compassion for the dead ? Or just mindless paranoia.

WOW let's hand it to the Taliban to show how big and strong and brave they are. They stormed a school with unarmed children and laid waste to them. OH what brave men! I hope when they died and entered into their so called "paradise" they found nothing but an empty void which would represent their lack of empathy for others. The Taliban are nothing more than schoolyard bullies who target innocent victims because they have no courage to fight against real opponents.

I hope people can see the real issues here. The Taliban doesn't want to bring real issues forward their only agenda is to be terrorist that kill the innocent in the name of Allah. Let's not put the blame on anyone else except where it belongs!
