Jacques Chirac (1932)

Chirac, a French political leader, was president of France from 1995 to 2007, served twice as prime minister, and was the mayor of Paris for nearly two decades. As president, he sought to reduce unemployment, cut the deficit, and strengthen ties with Germany. Upon further research within this article I discovered this bit of information: "Friedman was an economic adviser to Republican U.S. President Ronald Reagan. His political philosophy extolled the virtues of a free market economic system with minimal intervention." And though Friedman's influence got him a Nobel Prize, the mans ideas really suck and were are now paying the price; thanks you narrow minded ass.....
