Walkie talkies were popular during the Flash Gordorn era - not that they ever worked well but they were the 1st mobile phones for kids.

Walkie Talkie is a mobile phone fromm the Flash Gordon era -we sent in our cereal box tops and really got walkie talkies, did not work well but we were amazed with them.
