Then, methought, the air grew denser, perfumed from an unseen censer
Swung by Seraphim whose foot-falls tinkled on the tufted floor.
`Wretch,' I cried, `thy God hath lent thee - by these angels he has sent thee
Respite - respite and nepenthe from thy memories of Lenore!
Quaff, oh quaff this kind nepenthe, and forget this lost Lenore!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore'

QUAFF

Quality Ale and Fermentation Fraternity (QUAFF) is a group of men and women dedicated to the enjoyment and promotion of homebrewing and beer evaluation in the greater San Diego area. We share knowledge, methods, new brew pub and microbrewery discoveries, and good homebrew at monthly meetings and special events. The club sponsors the America’s Finest City Homebrew Competition, an annual AHA-sanctioned competition open to any and all homebrewers. The club also evaluates and forwards members’ beer to AHA Club-Only competitions for particular beer styles. We are also involved in the national Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) activities, and sponsor beer judge study groups and qualifying exams. Many of the local homebrew supply shops offer discounts to QUAFF members. If you like beer, want to know beer styles better, brew your own beer, or are just curious as to what it takes to brew beer, QUAFF meetings are the place for you to come to get your questions answered. We meet the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7 PM. Dues are $25 per year.

The word 'quaff' in a quote:

Every sunny morning is a great fountain; we quaff 'sweet hope' from it. (Mehmet Murat ildan)

"Quaff, oh quaff this kind nepenthe and forget this lost Lenore!" This line jumped straight to mind when I read 'quaff' too.
You seem to have a different edition of The Raven to the one I know:
"Swung by angels whose faint foot-falls tinkled on the tufted floor".

There are two versions of John Keats' La Belle Dame Sans Merci too. I'm never sure which version the poet considered definitive.

according to this definition, the term "with gusto" would be redundant when using the word quaff

With only 30 minutes for a lunch break, we usually quaff down our food, only to have come back to "visit-us", 2 hours later.

Quaff
Quaff
Goblin of the night
The green sap of the bending
Green
And of the bending petals
Quaff
Dracula-like the sap.
You think
Green goblin of the night
That
The sap will turn you
Wise:
So you gulp
And gulp
The liquid treasures
That you
Little sweet thief steal silent
And secret at night

But
In the morning
Dawn will still
Arise
There will be breaking of the
Reign of night
Else
In the earth
And
Of the earth
Will not be cyclicality
