Caffeinated Clothing Can't Cut Waistlines

When it comes to losing weight, there are few shortcuts around eating right and getting regular exercise, but the marketplace is still saturated with quick-fix weight-loss products purporting to magically melt away the pounds. In the US, consumers have spent millions of dollars on caffeine-infused bras, girdles, leggings, and other articles of clothing that manufacturers claimed would break down fat, resulting in weight loss and reduced cellulite. However, there is no scientific evidence to back up these claims, and companies selling these products, under fire from US regulators, have agreed to refund customers who fell for the deceptive advertising. Oh my lord. How stupid are these people. I just give up, really. You want to know why you can't lose weight ? Because, Shamu, you eat too much. It's not rocket science.

The last thing I need is, frankly, over-stimulated underwear.

The only true way to control ones weight is through, #1. moderate eating, based upon the amount of calories that were burned throughout that day. Exercise is #2. and more likely then not the primary major factor, as well. As my grandfather once told me; "...if you didn't work you shouldn't/don't get to eat..." In a society that continually and constantly pushes food and, yes "drugs", healthy weight control will always be a problem. When I was teaching in public school, late 1960's-1970's, the really stupid school board placed the candy machines and soda machines at the entrance to the lunch room, much to my objections. This is the typical mentality that still governs our American sick society; not to mention electing to school boards people that profess that, "... the world was created only 6000 years ago...." How does that saying go; "you get what you pay for..." or "You REALLY get what you deserve..." Peace my friends & keep da faith.........
