Can the moderator please explain why all the better threads keep being wiped off so quickly . I'm not convinced that there is'nt a degree of censorship going on here. If it is political it gets wiped very quickly. What's occurring?

Maybe the moderators are conservative and don't like your signature line. Regardles of your political affiliation, one can't REALLY be stupid and attain the position of president of the United States. Most of us try to keep out politics our of this forum. It just stirs up s**t. You weren't here when it was ugly a few months ago.

Because people post new topic like this one. This is another useless topic for us.

I love the vintage bikes. Not too much for the newer modles.

Also, real quick, if you don't like it, just skip it. Opinions are always welcome as long as they are constructive or informative. It is not necessary to comment on every forum. Just move on if you don't like one.

We are all adult enough to know this by now I hope.Eh?

I still say that some topics are removed by useless topic. And, why is pictures in language forum?

I am an adult.

No. I was trying to answer someone about topics are removed so quickly. And, I don't understand why pictures are in the language forum.

Many of these picture games reflect culture's around the world. And if it's a question of associations - I'll try to pick my pics with a linquistic conception and little humour perhaps.

I happen to like the many picture/association posts on this forum. I think they reflect the many elements of the various members culture and knowledge, and perhaps that's where they should be posted...but it's really not a big deal (like a few others have recently stated, if you don't like a post - just move on).

Christine, I understand what your point is. I think this has gotten a bit out of hand.

This is an English forum, and pictures are not really part of it, but they do promote conversation; and I hope that was the intention of the person who posts them.

I am sorry if I came across as offensive, I was really trying to ease the tension that seems to be in this forum today.

Found it here. Pic was linked from here.

PS. When quoting pic posts clean the image link so it doesn't load twice ;-)
