As per your request, attached is the certificate as evidence of _____________.

You will need to describe what it is proof of..then this will work. I am assuming there is a legal reason you are sending proof if so then be as clear as possible in your response. Hope that helps.

It depends on whether you are sending an email with an attachment or if you are sending something actual through the post as to exactly how you would phrase it.

in any event, Tunaafi has given you the perfect answer and that would be entirely appropriate for either sending method.
