1 - curse, swear: no. The word to guess is an adjective. The fact there's 'curse', 'swear' is important;

2 - read: no. The words to guess is a noun;

3 - rain: no. The word to guess is a verb that is also related here to that 'rain' but not only.

1. angry, frustrated: no. You're losing the connection with 'swear', 'curse';

2. specs, study, reading, intellect,intelligence: no. It's about something else in the picture;

3. soak, drench: well, this can lead to the word to guess, which is related to one of the beings in the picture.

"Game" is correct for picture 2. :-)
