The degree of success of the dunces determine how backward the dunces' cultures remain. Thank God when Isaac Newton arrived, educated England cheered and England leapt forward by a giant step. For the cultures where they remain backward or in the hunter gatherer semi-nomadic stage, and without a written culture, we don't know if their dunces succeeded or if they failed to produce the geniuses - or both.

Hope I inspired some one to do a PhD thesis to study this facet of sociology/anthropology. It's easier to study those with written languages. The others, we cull them out of the petrified remains, rocks, stones and bones. We may never know why some are so far ahead and why some are so far behind.

 This is an insult. It is mean and disregard to people of ethics. Have some Jonathan Matter adjourned to 2/22/10 at 10am. Ward objects Attorney Neil McQuarrie appointed for ward.
