Hi,

as the subject says, I have a wood stamp with words carved in Arabic, it's maybe 25cmx10cm. No idea if it's old, probably not *very* old. Still, I'd be much interested to know what it means - is it an ex libris, something religious, or who knows. If anyone would be happy to have a look at it, I'd post a photo of it.

many thanks in advance,

Hi there, Salaam, Blessing for You

ofcourse this is Farsi ( Persian ) piece of Poetry.

farsi Text:
( در ان نفس کہ بمیرم ، در آرزوی تو باشم )

Pronounced as:
( Dar Aan Nafas keh Beymeeram, Dar Aarzu e Tho Basham )

may be Translated in English as:
At the Last Breath ( Moment) of My Life,
i wish to Need You.

Regards

Muhammad Mehdi
