These pictures are gravestones of relatives long gone, but I'd like to know what they say.

Goldstein
Kosik
Rosenblatt
Seiderman

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Veruca419. I know this is a little late, but here you go:

Goldstein:
On the left is:
גרשון
Gershon (his Hebrew name)

ב'ר משה
ב'ר - short for בן רב (ben Reb), meaning "son of the worthy."
משה - Moses

נפ' ו' תשרי תשכ'ה
This is the Hebrew date of his passing, the 6th of Tishrei, 5725

'נפ - is short for נפטר (Niftar) meaning passed away (masculine)
- is the day of the month. ו = 6
תשרי- (Tishrei) the Hebrew month of Tishrei
תשכ'ה - Jewish year 5725

On the right is:
חיה שרה
Chaya Sarah (her Hebrew name)

בת ישראל הלוי
בת - (Bat) the daughter of
ישראל - Yisrael (her father's name, Israel)
הלוי - (Halevi) the Levite (see here for information on what this means)

נפ' י' אייר תשי'ח
This is the Hebrew date of her passing, the 10th of Iyar, 5718

'נפ - short for נפטרה (Niftirah) meaning passed away (feminine)
י - is the day of the month. י = 10
אייר- (Iyar) the Hebrew month of Iyar

On the right is:
מסיא בת גרשון ושרה
מסיא - Masia (her Hebrew name)
בת - (Bat) the daughter of
גרשון - Gershon (her father's Hebrew name)
ושרה - and Sarah (her mother's Hebrew name--this is unusual for the mother to be noted on a Jewish tombstone)

נפ' ז' אדר ב' תשס"ה
This is the Hebrew date of her passing, the 7th of Adar 2, 5765 (Adar 2 is a leap month added into the Hebrew calendar after Adar 1, which in a non-leap year would be referred to simply as Adar.)

'נפ - short for נפטרה (Niftirah) meaning passed away (feminine)
ז - is the day of the month. ז = 7
'אדר ב- (Adar Bet) the Hebrew month of Adar 2

Rosenblatt:
On the left is:
'יוסף ב' ר
יוסף - Yosef (his Hebrew name, Joseph)
'ב' ר - short for בן רב (ben Reb), meaning "son of the worthy."
אברהם
his father's name, Avraham (anglicized Abraham)

At the bottom of his epitaph, it says:
'ת'נ'צ'ב'ה
This is an acronym for תהא נפשו צרורה בצרור החיים (te'hai nafsho tzerurah b'tzror ha'chayim), meaning "May his soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life." A similar phrase is included in the "e-l malei rachamim" prayer said during funerals, upon visiting a grave, and rememberance days. At the bottom of her epitaph, it says:

ת = 400
ש = 300
