A collection of Dragons Dancing

Do You know any intersting Dragons ?

this one is from Star Wars. it's called Krayt Dragon

this is skeleton of a krayt dragon

and of course Smaug from Hobbit

The Wawel Dragon (Polish: Smok Wawelski), also known as the Dragon of Wawel Hill, is a famous dragon in Polish folklore. His lair was in a cave at the foot of Wawel Hill on the bank of the Vistula River. Wawel Hill is in Kraków, which was then the capital of Poland. In some stories the dragon lived before the founding of the city, when the area was inhabited by farmers.

Wawel Cathedral and Kraków's Wawel Castle stand on Wawel Hill. The cathedral features a statue of the Wawel dragon and a plaque commemorating his defeat by Krakus, a Polish prince who, according to the plaque, founded the city and his palace over the slain dragon's lair. The dragon's cave below the castle is now a popular tourist stop

Sorry this is so small, I'll exchange it for a properly sized one when I get to my own computer.

It is actually a photo I took of a dragon which is about three inches long (a copy of the one by the lake which you posted about an hour and fifteen minutes ago).

Let's try this:

Damn - Flickr have taken privacy to such a high degree that it is virtually impossible to display your OWN photos!
If you right-click, then "open image in new tab" you can see it!

I was looking for the leap-of-glory scene from "Reign of Fire," and I don't think this is actually it, but you get the idea:

hhmmmm it's not a dragon but something similar ;)

Balrogs are described as tall and menacing with the ability to shroud themselves in fire, darkness, and shadow. They frequently appeared armed with fiery whips "of many thongs",[1] and occasionally used long swords. In Tolkien's later conception, they could not be casually destroyed—significant power was required. Only dragons rivalled their capacity for ferocity and destruction,[2] and during the First Age of Middle-earth, they were among the most feared of Morgoth's forces.

You know, Luke, it occurs to me that the fanciful Balrog ties in quite nicely with your thread about goats. Of course, he might take exception to that, and I really wouldn't want him irritated with me ...
