The Godhra Train Burning (2002)

More than a decade after a blaze on a train packed with Hindu pilgrims claimed 59 lives—many of the victims women and children—the debate rages on as to whether it was a tragic accident or deliberately set as part of a larger conspiracy. The train was passing through the Indian state of Gujarat when it was set upon by a Muslim mob near the Godhra train station and the fire broke out. For those who hold the supremacy of their religion as dear to their hearts should think of the suffering inflicted on innocence people when the premise is acted upon.

This shocking incident changed the politics of India. Hope such things are not repeated again.

I never met any religion telling people to burn others, at least I'm sure there's no single word in islam telling that, I wonder why so many investigations were held by the government and which were better suitable for the good image of India and the public transport, and why the POTA which is meant to prevent such terrorst acts is also involved in those investigations, anyway... Those who did that must be punished whether they were terrorists or those responsible for providing safe transportation to the innocent people killed in that train and may the mercy of God be upon all of them...
