If Billy were alive today he would be a Patriots fan, complete with an underdeveloped prefrontal lobe and a tendency to moan and groan in the Indianapolis area.

Hey, he was born on Allen Street on the lower east side of Manhattan Island, New York. That explains everything... city slicker in the west with a gun!

I'm sure he would have stood tall in Philly, New York, Boston & Indy as long as he had a gun on his hip.
He would have went for it and the refs would have given him a first down whether he earned it or not.
