I just cannot get behind an abstinence-only strategy in terms of preventing the spread of STDs or teen pregnancy. People are going to have sex whether you want them to or not, and shielding them from the knowledge that would help them protect themselves when they do engage in sexual activity is as bad as infecting them yourself.

Abstinence is best policy when it comes to heroin, but if you must...be sure to wear a condom.
