신칸센 를 멈추십시오 is not quite right but very close.
신칸센을 멈추십시오 is the right sentence.
It may sounds awkward depend on sentence before and after in the poem.
You will have to give me the whole poem for me to give you an exact translation.

Ok,
I will publish the whole poem,
it's finished in german and in english.
I wrote it on 18. day of October 2009 for this monk,
itself in his emergency to arrive the conclusion
planted himself in front of this train.
He earns my highest respect.
Excuse, which is so bad my Korean translation.

신칸센
Shinkansen

Stop the Shinkansen

the name is both

transport network and train

in Japan

a kōan

in Zen Buddhism

a conundrum

to understand the unfathomable

the never-ending

ever recurring

inconceivable

the pupil/monk/child

who has been given

this task

surrendered to (planted himself before) this train

that speeds at three hundred

he got it

I only lose my sense of hearing

when I hold him in my arms
