Which of the above two is more correct as far as the title of one of my preentation slides is concerned

I would say that both of these titles are grammatically correct.

"Educational" is an adjective - no doubt.

"Education" is an attributive noun (a noun acting like an adjective), which is perfectly legitimate.

I, personally, prefer "educational".
