Another thread almost led me to suggest the word 'proterpies' for 'changes in properties' - a (to me) brilliant suggestion that combines both the implicit and obvious changes and the desired effect of saving 'a few bytes'.

Alas, I didn't dare. They were all so serious about it. Some even suggested 'propertial' ....

On the other hand, a negative change in properties might lead to improper ties or even to improprieties, and we certainly wouldn't want that, would we?

I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger. (Anon)
