Hi everyone,

As you will be seeing that the option to import the bookmarks from another browser is not activate, thus, I couldn't import the Bookmarks which are in the another browser like IE or Safari. Note that the version of FireFox is 9.0.1

Have you tried to open your old browser see if FireFox will allow a you to import then the problem is that it can't find the files that you want to import.

Export the bookmarks in other browsers as a html file. Then import to FF.

Most browsers ask if you want to import existing favorites/bookmarks from other browser(s). Perhaps you got a version with an incorrect license?
