Hi,

When I try logging into my account on youtube I encounter this error. In spite of I have tried opening the youtube on various browsers, however, that does make no difference
In addition, I have tried creating another one by clicking on the "Create account" option, howeve, this makes no difference.
This message which FireFox shows:
The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web

This message which Safari shows:

Another thing is, as you will be noticing in this screenshot of my Google Talk which is available below there isn't any icon of messages.

on top of that, I couldn't also log into my iGoogle and Gmail account, however, log into my Google Talk.
This is most strange.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me.

Perhaps your provider blocked some sites.

I see it sometimes if a session 'dropped' for technical reasons. Refreshing helps. Eventually clear the cache (Cmd+Alt+E) and then refresh by pushing the curved arrow at the end of the URL line.

Good luck.

Thank you so much indeed,

I would highly appreciate it if you could enlighten me how I can run (Cmd ALt E) because I quite don't know what "Cmd" means. And I am also novice in this field

I hope to add something else:

I have tried opening my account by clicking the "log in" button and when I have despaired from opening my account on the youtube,iGoogle, and Gmail, I have thought about creating another account by clicking "sign up(register)" option, but unfortunately the page didn't open.

As I said, that Google Talk is opening well with me, however, there is most strange in the window of Google Talk. The most strange is that when I click on the icon of message(an icon is in the right-bottom corner in the GTlak, Please have a look at P) in order to access the Gmail account I notice that the page doesn't open and after that the browser shows me the error.
I hope confirm for me, did you see my pictures which I post clearly?????

This is the page which indicates to the progress of opeining the page of my account, however, after a long time the browser shows me an error.

It is unusual to see the Apple web browser 'Safari' on a Windows machine, so it was assumed that you are using a Mac. Dancing

There should be a similar command 'Empty cache…' for you with 'control + alt + E', but please check the 'Tools' menu to verify that.

This is a problem that comes up periodically with networks that use DHCP. Instead of assigning everyone a permanent address on the LAN, the addresses are 'leased' for a period of time dynamically as different computers join and leave the network. If you happened to click on a link at the time when the lease was renewed, then a connection error would result.

In addition to clearing the browser cache, you might also need to clear your local DNS cache.

If that still doesn't fix it, then you will need to ask for help from the network administrator. If this is on a college campus, then they may indeed block YouTube and other sites at certain hours of the day in order to reduce the strain that such traffic can place on a network.

First: when I tried applying this "ctlr+Alt+E" there isn't any response on IE and FireFox. but with the Safri has been done Did you mean that this reset the browser of Safari, didn't you? However, unfortunately, that doesn't make difference.

I have flushed the cache of my DSN, Clean the disk, but the Cleaning of cache memory I'm not quite sure because I have exactly done those steps which are available in that URL, however, when I run the shortcut which I made in the Desktop I didn't notice anything indicates on running for cleaing Cache memory.

After I have done what I could do I restart my computer and I found the problem has been going on.

And when I have tried type this URL of Gmail.com on the Google Chrome I see the borwser shows me this message:
This web page is not available
May be a web page at Is temporarily unavailable or may have been moved permanently to a new web address.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
Error 7 (net:: ERR_TIMED_OUT): Has the time for the download process.

However, the firfox is still waiting a response from the site "waiting for account google.com"
Safri:I have just said in the last post.

This is most strang.

Could you possibly tell me how I can clean/ or make anything else for my ID(the ID of my computer) maybe they have banned me during my computer's ID, but why I have been banned or blocked I didn't do anything wrong. And I don't think all Youtube and iGoogle, Gmail.com have banned me.
If they have banned me, they would have also banned my Google Tlak.

If they had blocked Yotube and the other sites at certain hours...., They wouldn't have blocked them only to me.
If network administrator had blocked the sites, he would have informed us.

I have tried opening my account on the Gmail igoogle and Youtube via the IE, FireFox and Google Chrome, howevere, the problem has been going on.

After that I have cleared Safari's cache by clicking on "Ctrl+ALt+E". Then, I have typed the URL for Gmail. After that, the page of Gamil.com has been opened. Next, I have entered my Username and password. Finlly: my account has been opened.

The problem has solved with Safari but I am really I exactly don't know whether the prolem has been solved because the cleaing the cache of of Safr, DNS, Memory or Disk. ( I hope confirm for me)?
Why I asked that question which is marked with red colour because I have never made cleaning for the cache of both IE/FirFox and Google Chrome, however, after I noticed that the sites (youtube and Gmail) have been opened on Safari, I have tried opening that sites on the other browsers and I find out my account has also been opened on the others browsers(IE, FireFox and Google Chrome) I hope you confirm for me why?

Incidently, this is the problem has been happned only for me in the campus. And it had happened for three days

I hope the problem with the link of English Poetry will be solved soon.Applause

When there is a connection problem, the DNS cache and the individual browser caches are typically affected. The memory cache and the thumbnails cache have nothing to do with it, but now you know how to clear them if you ever want to do so again.

The problem might be caused by the physical connection, that is, some fault in the wiring, the connector that attaches the cable to the computer, or some magnetic interference. Again, this sounds like something the network administrator should look into and fix.

Thank you very much, I would ask you a little question, the shortcut that I have made for cleaning the memory cache, it is still on my desktop. Can I use it whenever I need it or I should apply the steps again?

Please reply me when I run that shortcut of cleaning the momery, I didn't see anything indicates on running anything. I mean there isn't any response like when you reset the browser or run disk cleanup.

The shortcut is still good. You should rarely need it, if at all.
