Actually i want to take admission in M.A English..it's my desire..but i have hard circumstances..so because of this i can't admit..too bad..and worst thing is that..here the teachers of M.A English is hard to find..means alot of problem.. someone said to me for M.A English you have to know the Greek Myth..
because in M.A there are books regarding Odyssus, Zeus, Heracles...bla bla...and these are related to Myth...
So,... i'm implored guys if anyone knows the whole or little bit Myth so share with me.. i wanna know....It's too necessary...

And i could read wikipedia about that but the matter with me is that i could not reach to the main point..means where from the Myth starts.....oops...

And i have no habit to read long long pages.. and i believe i can learn through sharing instead of reading...hihihihihi

I'll wait......for your replies and get help..

I can't sleep. Reading your post in Vocabulary thread made me chuckle - it was wacky! I meant it in a good way - reminds me of my self years ago when I tried blogging :p Anyway -

Really? I know you have to read a lot of English lit but not necessarily Greek Myth. I used to read Bulfinch's Greek Mythology back in school to kill time. It was entertaining but I've forgotten some of the names/stories though d'oh! If you really want to take M.A. (Master of Arts?) in English and if Greek Myth is a requirement, you really have to READ.

These websites can help you: Theoi Greek Mythology and Mythology Guide.

I started reading about the Titans, then about Prometheus and Pandora.

Oopsy, I agree with what Romany wrote!

Hello Spread,

Just an observation---Mythology is spelt incorreclty in both your titles. Perhaps you need to learn to spell the topic you wish to study, and then study the topic.Anxious
