It could have been accidentally removed.

This is the Frog of Doom virus. If you forward that picture to at least 67 people in the next 23 seconds your computer will spawn Magic Tadpoles which will cleanse your system.

Can you see it in the menus or toolbars in other application programs, like Word?
And, have you tried that AutoFix button?

This is the picture in which the name of that programme is "CutePDF writer"

Cute PDF Writer is installed like a printer driver. There isn't necessarily a program icon. You should see it in the menus or tool bars in your other application programs like Word or Excel.

You beat me to it.

It was probably installed along with a recent printer driver update—HP is particularly notorious for being helpful that way. It is perfectly safe, and I think you will find it convenient to keep it.

Thank you so much, but I have also installed another programme that calls"Doro PDF writer" and is also shown up in the control panel> list of add/remove programmes

Incidentally, I have looked at the software applications but I didn't find any icon on the top of the application

Please, could you confirm me that my picture is visible? Because for me it is invisible, but it is a frog , and I am quite upset from this a frog.

I can see your picture all fine (except it's too big ;-)

Doro should be seen in your applications when you select File - Print from the menu. Then select Doro PDF Writer as printer, and you'll be asked the destination file name.

CutePDF needs the Ghostwriter Post Script to PDF engine in the background (it is stated, with a link, in the CutePDF page).
