within two months of completing Level 3 Options

I have made up the example below.

(1) Jack is currently taking an accounting program that consists of five levels. He is told that students can register for a practicum within two months of completing Level 3 if their overall average is at least a B+.

Can you say "within two months of completing...."? Thanks a lot for your help.

Yes, or "... within two months of having completed ..." can also be said.
