Hallo Kefa,

'Übereilt' means 'premature' or 'overhasty'.
'Weniger übereilt' is 'less premature / overhasty'.

By asking for less premature actions you indirectly criticise those who acted too hastily.

If I saw my girlfriend kiss another man, I would act prematurely if I confronted them immediately and angrily, only to find out it is her favourite brother, who had just returned home after working abroad for five years.

'Weniger übereilt' would have been much less embarrassing.
