How to instruct a boy to play spinning top. Insert the black on into blue one. The gear side on black (arrow in image) must match with blue one.

Hi bihunsedap. I was hoping someone else would answer, as I can't see your image (the server I use in this location has a filter which considers "Imgur" to be an "adult entertainment" site . . .)
However, I can guess: I would write the sentences out fully, but in this sort of 'instruction', it's quite common to omit articles and "unnecessary" words.
Insert the black one into the blue one. The gear side on the black one (see the arrow in the image) must match with the blue one.
As you see - a lot of "the"s.

Hi bihunsedap
Interesting toy, which I've never heard of - it's like very high-tech, souped-up game of marbles!
I would suggest:
Insert the black ripcord into the blue launcher, making sure that the teeth on the ripcord match/engage with the gear in the launcher.
Drag0 - it's a spinning top called a beyblade which comes in all kinds of versions. It is launched with a geared launcher, and the object is to keep your top spinning the longest, knock your opponent's top out of the arena, or make it come to pieces.

Now that sounds very understandable Nancy. Very posh version of the 1960s game "Battling Tops". In this image I found, the pull-cord is white and the launcher is black, but each version of Beyblade seems to have its own colour scheme.

Hi Drag0
That's another game I've never heard of! It does look like it might have been a precursor.
