TFD pro 9.0 issue with iPhone Options

Hello,

I installed pro 9.0 on iphone6 iOS 12.3.1 and have paid for it.

However, when I look up a word, it always takes more than 1 minute before the touch sccren is responsible. Free edition does not have this problem with my iphone6

I found way to reproduce this issue with Free verison: with Free version, after I paid for AD-free, this issue occured on my iphone 6(IOS 12.3.1).

Hi,

Still no response on this issue. This is really frustrating. This dictionary is very helpful to me so I don't want to give up.

To make this issue clear to you guys. I made a vedio:

Please try using a different connection (e.g. a different WiFi connection, or a non-WiFi connection) to see if you get the same result.

If you do, please let us know if your device uses any special configuration or settings (e.g. a proxy server or any other custom configuration).

1. I did try different WiFi netowrk; I tried my 4G cell phone network. Issue happened with all of them.

2. I don't have any special configuration, e.g. VPN, ...

Thank you for trying. Does your device run an ad-blocker, a firewall, or some other security configuration?

No, I run nothing about what you said.

Your questions totally make me confused:

1. I tried Free version, and worked fine.
2. I tried Free version with AD-free, and this problem occurred.
3. I tried Pro version, and this problem occurred.

Why this happened? Weren't you curious about this?
