What are ethically made clothes?

How are different from vintage clothes?

It depends on the context. It often means clothes that are manufactured NOT using child-labour or made in unsafe factories (sweatshops). The country of Bangladesh often attracts criticism for these practices. Not sure about vintage clothes - unless you're referring to my wardrobe Whistle

These are two unconnected things.

Ethically-produced clothing is about the work practices, and also it should include the impact of the production of the materials (eg not made vfrom cotton grown in a place where it is over-exploiting water resources, or not made from tiger skin!).

Vintage just means it was produced some time ago. Time enough for it to have gone out of style and come back into style again. Whistle
