Can someone help translate this note from PingYao? Options

Hello,

My aunt got this note from a vendor in Ping Yao and never figured out what it said.
I'd hope anyone here knows how to translate this dialect.

Zhong Guo You (Literally meaning: A friend from China. Possibly a property name.)

I know this may sound a bit weird, but it is literally what it says. I would not be surprised if it turns out to be some dialect or jargon.
