For the last few days, I've not been credited neurons when I share to my Facebook Page. This is frustrating as I'm doing my best to promote the site.

We are investigating this issue but have not been able to reproduce it yet. Are you still experiencing this problem?

Are you sharing via the website or the app? If you are using the app, please let us know which platform (e.g. iOS or Android) and version number you are using.

My Answer: The website. I don't have a mobile connection --and-- I'm losing 200 neurons per day ... I'm suffering and considering dipping out of TFD altogether.
Starting about 10 weeks ago, the exclusion was only partial (I was being credited about 60% of the neurons I'd earned ... and I didn't protest) but now it's 100% non-accreditation of neurons for sharing to Facebook. Brick wall
N.B. From today I will not be doing so --but-- will reinstate after I'm assured that I'll be credited 20 neurons per share.
I've calculated my losses to date as follows:
.a.) Partial loss @ 40% of 200 Daily (20x10) x 7 = 560 weekly x 10 weeks = 5600 Neurons
.b.) Total loss @ 100% of 200 Daily (20x10) x 10 days = 2000 Neurons
When these two totals are added together, my loss amounts to 7600 Neurons d'oh!

Confirming, still broken today. Am not doing anything differently than prior.

I checked just now... Doesn't work from either Windows laptop, or from Android smart phone.

it's more than a week now it is not working, sharing of daily word/article/history/birthday/quotes/holiday on Facebook not adding up the neuron!
Is really someone working on its resolution?

Dear TFD: My friend clicked on several of the shared items for me this morning -- nothing. Something is not right.

Like the above, sharing of daily Work/Article/History/Birthday/Quotes/Holiday links did not credits the neurons

We have just clicked the link and you have been credited with neurons in your latest activities list (Word of the Day Sharer +20 neurons).

To clarify, someone must clink on the link for you to get credit for sharing.

Nope, something has changed.
Are there new rules imposed about "who" can click on the link in order for it to be recognized? For example, does the friend have to be logged into TFD when clicking the link in FB?

Wilmar, no, we didn't change the rules for very long time. Nothing was changed on our site. When I research the possible problem yesterday, I found a minor problem (which existed from the day one of sharing code), but it only affects people who are sharing from Android app, and only on certain time of the day. This will be fixed in next Android app update. Otherwise, no problem was found. We are continue looking into this.

I would suggest then, or wonder if, you reply on some response from FB to let you know that a friend
has clicked on the link. Are you receiving the same data as prior?

Something very much has changed.
