"The fence is tilt to one side. It's going to fall down."my son said.
"No, it won't" I told him.
"Why"my son asked.
"It's.........."

How to say it has a support behind it and the worker just not setting the fence very straight.

Say:

"The fence is tilted to one side. It's going to fall down" my son said.
"No, it won't", I told him.
"Why", my son asked.
"The fence has been fixed incorrectly at a tilt. The support behind it won't let it fall."

"The fence is tilted/ tilting to one side. It's going to fall down," my son said.
"No, it won't," I told him.
"Why?" my son asked.
"It has a support from behind to prevent it from falling. The workers didn't put it straight."

** Please note, in AE the comma in a quoted speech appears within the quotation marks while in BE it appears outside the quotation marks. However if the quoted sentence ends in a question or exclamation, the question mark or the exclamation mark always appears within the quotation marks.

There is a brace behind the fence that won't let it (go)(move) any (further)(more than it already has).
