He drove through a flyover.
He can't see the river and asked me, "Why can I see the river?"
I told him, "The wall is too tall so you can't see."

Do we call it wall?

Perfectly fine, Bihunsedap.

We might say "The wall is too high" rather than "too tall"; but it doesn't really matter: both make sense.

The parapet is too high to see over. (But that's not the simplest term.)

This is OK, but in AE, at least, it would be more common to use "high" than "tall" to describe the wall. And, yes, it is a wall.

I agree with ozok, One normally (drives/goes) (on/over/across) your (flyover/overpass). The latter, "overpass", is AE. We don't use "flyover" at all.
