a. You look like Santa Claus would look if he joined the army.
b. You look like Santa Claus if he joined the army.
c. You look like Santa Claus joined the army.

Which of the above sentences are grammatical?
Which are natural?

Presumably the person has the same face as Santa and has a beanie, but is wearing a khaki suit or something of the sort.

Many thanks.

I think a. is correct and natural. I can imagine c. in informal conversation. And b. isn't correct.
