DEFINITION : creak·y -[ˈkrēkē]
ADJECTIVE:
1. (of an object, typically a wooden one) making or liable to make a harsh, high-pitched sound
when being moved or when pressure or weight is applied.
2. old-fashioned or decrepit.


The prospective homeowner went through the home, out-buildings and property upon
