Are there ten different recommendations, or only one?

There is a recommendation. What is it? That you do this ten times.

That is a singular concept, unrelated to amount of times it suggests.


'Ten times' is the recommendation.

How about this?
Ten repetitions (<<note plural) are recommended.
It is recommended one do it ten times.
