Hi, do you see anything grammatically wrong in these sentence?

KRU is a band name.
1. This song is the eight single track from KRU’s 14th album, Krunomena. Released in 2012 with a message oriented awareness about woman.
2. “La La” is a theme song recorded by Norman, Yusry and Edry, along with Zizan Razak for the soundtrack of the 2015 movie Cicakman 3.
3. A combination of KRU and Stacy's voice, this song is the second single track from KRU’s 14th album, Krunomena.
4. Norman, Yusry and Edry, better known as the hip-hop group KRU, have come up with Kuasa Juara, which literally means 'The Power of Champions' as Team Malaysia's official song in the 28th SEA Games.
5. The country's most prominent hip-hop group KRU is back with a new single track from the 14th album, Krunomena.

Thank you.

Hi Amybal.

I will answer each one separately (I don't think you mean to use all five sentences together).

1. The number needs to be "eighth" (in the same way that you used 'second' in #3)
You do not need to say "single" - each track can be a "single" - but only when it is released separately.
You would download an album, which has several tracks or
you would download a single.
This song is the eighth track from KRU’s 14th album, Krunomena.

The second sentence is not a sentence or even a clause. It is a participle phrase.
You could make it into a sentence (by adding a subject and finite verb - "It was") or connect it to the first sentence as a reduced clause.

"Oriented" needs a preposition - it is usually followed by 'towards' or 'around'. I've changed it to what I think you mean.

This song is the eighth track from KRU’s 14th album, Krunomena. It was released in 2012 with a message oriented around awareness of women's rights.

2. No problem!
3. As with (1) above. The word 'single' is unnecessary.
4. Very good.
5. Nothing wrong (I would say "their 14th album")

Yes, you are right. Thank you, Drag0nspeaker.

I have made some changes for No.5. Does this sounds good?

In 2016, Malaysian pop trio KRU comeback with a new single track, which is called Hingga ke Jannah.

Wow! - That's not 'a few changes'; it's a totally different statement!

The only error is a missing 'space' between 'come' and 'back'. I can't tell whether it is a typing error (just a missed space) or a grammatical error (using a noun instead of a verb).

"Come back" is a verb plus preposition - a verb-phrase.
It means "to return".

Malaysian pop trio KRU return with a new single track. . .

"Comeback" is a noun.
comeback n.
1.a. A return to formerly enjoyed status or prosperity: The film star made an unexpected comeback.
b. A return to popularity: Wide ties are making a comeback this year.

Malaysian pop trio KRU make a return to stardom with a new single track. . .

Thank you for the correction and I will keep in mind.
