(1) I usually meet my old friend at the closed stop on Main Street where the #9 bus loaded and unloaded before.
(2) I usually meet my old friend at the closed stop where the #9 bus loaded and unloaded on Main Street before.
(A) Where is the correct placement of "on Main Street"?
(B) Is "loaded and unloaded" correct?
Thanks a lot.

I will write this sentence as follows;
I usually meet my old friend at an abandoned bus stand on the main street (Main Street, if it is the name of the street) where #9 bus used to pick-up and download passengers. IMO

Thanks a lot. Since the main idea is that you meet your friend at a particular location, it is that location, the closed shop on Main Street, that is the most important idea. The fact that the #9 bus used to load and unload there is irrelevant. It is just added information that is not important, and could be omitted.
Therefore, (1) is the better sentence because it states those facts first.
There isn't anything wrong with "loaded and unloaded", but as I said, it is unnecessary. Normally, we would simply say, "where the #9 bus used to stop". This is because "loading and unloading" is what buses are supposed to do at their stops, so that doesn't need to be said.

I agree with FounDit - the location is "at the closed shop on Main Street". The fact that the bus-stop used to be there is a parenthesis, really.
