The Honorable Judge C. Falcon issued the following ruling
for the recent case involving the indictment of D.K. Ovell :
" Beginning today , your just punishment for your crimes, sir ,
are going to require the state to incarcerate you for no less
than 40 days , with an added punishment of 100 hours of community
service. You will also have to pay full restitution , times two ,
to your victim before the end of this year."
