1. I can't eat at the same time putting things away.
2. I can't eat at the same time put things away.
3. I can't eat and at the same time put things away.

Which sentence is correct?

I can't eat while putting things away.

I really don't know what message you are trying to convey, so the above is my best suggestion, based on the notion that you're trying to say that you are not able to do two things at one time.

Of the three suggestions, number 3 is more correct

Number 1 could be amended to read: "I cannot eat at the same time as putting things away"

Agree. Number three is the (only) correct sentence.
