I am going to write down four similar sentences below.

(1) I am looking for the most well-maintained car at a low price.

(2) I am looking for the best maintained car at a low price.

(3) I am looking for the best car in condition at a low price.

(4) I am looking for a car in the best condition at a low price.

I have heard people say these sentences. I am not sure if they are native speakers.

Could someone tell me which sentence(s) is/are idiomatic? Thank you for your help.

Sentence (3) doesn't sound like something a native speaker would say. We might say "… the best car, in terms of condition, …" but that's too many words to be very likely.

I'd probably use "in the best condition".

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
