Hello,

What are the difference between "Non-participating Franchise" and "Participating Franchise"?

I have no idea about them.

Many thanks!

To participate is to "take part in."

So a franchise which takes part in something and a franchise which doesn't take part in something are "participating" or "non-participating."

Without any context we have no way of knowing what it is they are participating in.
