I can't see any reason why not. It is an adjective of gradation.

Anything that describes a person, and is gradational, would fit here.
How rich, how tall, how old, how friendly?

The only one that doesn't fit is 'how much?' Because that is not an adjective. That is asking for an amount.

Commonly, an amount of money.
It works, technically, but only if you are selling your dad and someone is enquiring about the price.

If this resource, whatever is, is really asking that question and saying 'How tall is your dad?' is wrong, then don't use it. It is teaching you bad, stuff, and confusing you. It is bollocks. Walk away now.

They also don't understand proper nouns.

Are you sure you have read it right, though?
You have three responses, but only two marked as correct or incorrect.

I just went to the site. You are not reading it correctly. "MUCH" is the incorrect answer. Tall and old are both correct.

I also went to the site - I answered 'tall' and was marked "X incorrect!".

The explanation is that "How ___" is only used for "dimensions (how big, long, wide)", "age (how old)", "time (how long)", "quantity (how much, many)". Anything else is obviously incorrect.

"Old" is the only allowed answer according to these people.

As thar says - ignore this site - it is giving false data and will prevent or slow your learning.
