Hi.
I have got text:

My stomach felt like a pretzel, and the more Bryce talked, the more twisted it became. "It's not like I'm going to marry the guy. I can't even date yet, for crying out loud!"

Can you explain to me what "for crying out loud" means here.

It's much like "for Pete's sake" or "for God's sake" — just adds emphasis, with at least a hint of exasperation.
