Please explain the rules in detail. And give a few examples.

Welcome to TFD Jeeson! Dancing

I don't participate in the forum much, but this was a bit challenging...Let me see if I'm on the right track...it did take me under ONE minute; Anxious
Square, Sour, Drab, Based, Sander, Brand, Snare & Beans (which brings thoughts of my thread about "Beans & Chili") Whistle
And these are all valid words.....

I might add to fellow posters Donathailand & Wilmar (USA), on 'an invalid' and 'cost a life', respectively....Good Job! Applause

So, if I have solved this riddle do I get to LIVE? Think

Assuming that Hedy's surmise about the rules is correct, I'll add to her list:

Squad, Squab, Burden, Drub, Absurd, Asunder & Urbane

I am duly impressed NKM! Remind me not to play Scrabble or Perquacky with you....(game by Cardinal Industries, Long Island City, NY)
EEK, you'll probably beat me, and I'm known to be a formidable opponent...and yet today I was DRUBBED by you....double eek!
(BTW good word - drub)

Now we'll wait for Jeeson's, answer....

COME ON JEESON....WE IS WAITIN' (with baited breath!)

We still don't know the rules, Jeeson, and because we don't, we've declared NKM the winner, definetly.....

Here's my list …

SHUNTED
SHUNT
STAND
TUNED
DAUNT
SHADE
SNATH
STEAD
THUS
AUNTS
TENDS
SATED
SAUTE

I wasted some time trying to avoid using any of Jeeson's words, and lost a few seconds glancing at my watch to keep from running overtime.

I suspect I didn't score very well, though I'm not sure (and don't really care) about that. (It's been many years since I last played Scrabble, and I don't remember the values of the letters.)

I note that "snath" was red-squiggled, but I'm sure it's a valid word. After all, you can't swing a scythe without a snath!

And I repeat..."We still don't know the rules, Jeeson, and because we don't, we've declared NKM the winner, definetly....."

Why Jeeson hasn't responded is beyond me Think (actually I don't really care)...all I know IS THAT I'VE LEARNED a bunch of new words from you NKM for the next time I play scrabble, I can't wait to use 'snath'... so it made it all worth it...and you're still the winner! Applause Applause
