Church is a place that makes one feels calm and peaceful.
Let's gather the pictures of these beautiful buildings.

"For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them" (Matthew--18:20).

I believe his last gathering place was an olive grove. If you believe he is there you don't need a manmade building to worship, mother nature was his place of gathering, teaching and the worshiping his Father, so it should be for those who believe.

I do love the pictures of the churches proper as well, they are beautiful. I can't find a picture of mine although I know it was used in a Better Homes and Garden Holiday issue a long time ago. Found a copy in a antique shop.

peace out, >^,,^<

Here's another one, rather remote, and ancient. Well worth the pilgrimage.

That is an amazing photo Christine. Is it in Germany? I took my photo last year at a 1600s Spanish rancho outside of Santa Fe called “Rancho de los Golindrinas” which translates into Ranch of the Swallows.

As you can see, I forgot how to insert photos as I had not done it in some time.

Praise the Lord for creating all those witches and heretics - their confiscated properties contributed considerably to the erection of the most magnificent edifices in which to praise Him.

Can't imagine how something in the realm of architecture started out in Games.

On a more serious note, I think that
