Shouldn't "... your english grammar is better than 99% ..."

be

"... your English grammar is better than that of 99% ...?

The problem presented by Ashwin Joshi might have been solved through the application of ipsative survey which is used to indicate a specific type of measure, followed by choice of possible behaviour in that situation. Because choice includes two options available in the example visible above, the answer is possible to be founded.

Of course it should, as well as "your native language isn't English".

And how about us "American citizens"?
