He saw her mother feet have lots of spots.
Her feet were bitten by sand fly.

He said,
"Mummy feet are itching."
"Mummy feet are itch."

Which of them are correct?

I presume that the child has seen his mother scratching the sandfly bites. The child understands that sandfly bites produces itchiness. A short statement should suffice:

- Mummy's feet are very itchy.

However, if the child is able to speak long sentences, he can say:

- Mummy's feet are very itchy because she has sandfly bites.

That is not natural English.
